Cognitec announces major contract award from Government of Estonia

Cognitec Systems, the leading provider of face recognition technology and systems, announced an important deal with IBM Estonia. IBM Estonia has won a contract from the Estonian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Citizenship and Migration Board, for a large ID Management system.
