Service Response Times

Cognitec's customer service strives to deliver responses to technical queries and license activation requests as fast as possible. Customers subscribing to a support plan will receive responses within the guaranteed number of business days. For other customers, responses will be prepared on a best-effort basis. Business days are Monday to Friday, with the exception of the following holidays:
