Our customer service is a holistic part of our company strategy. One of our main goals is to satisfy business demands by providing quality solutions in a timely manner. In order to do so, Cognitec offers support based on a support plan subscription:

  • Standard Support Plan - response time within three business days
  • Priority Support Plan - response time within one business day
  • Consultancy service - undertaken by Cognitec on customer request

Software delivery and License Activation

In addition to technical service concerning software problems and issues with  biometric functionalities, our customer service team is delighted to provide the following services:

  • software delivery via appropriate download information by email
  • activation key delivery in order to activate the software license
  • handling of replacement and update requests.
